Track your order

View your orders to check your order status with Shopify. You may be asked to sign in or verify your email address.

For a specific order, open the View your order link in your order confirmation email. You can also use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email after your order ships.

Have your order number?

Keep it handy. Shopify may ask you to confirm your order number and verify the email address or phone number used at checkout when you open the order status page. This page does not collect order numbers directly.

Tracking not showing yet? It appears after a tracking number is added to your shipment, and carrier updates can take time. If you need help, contact customer service with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
